Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their 85ph account credentials, including their username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. The Player must not share these credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
The Player is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account, whether or not they authorised it, where the activity resulted from the Player's failure to maintain adequate account security. 85ph recommends that all Players:

All transactions on 85ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 85ph does not accept foreign currency deposits. No currency conversion fees are applied to deposits made through 85ph's supported local payment channels.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit for standard accounts; high-value transactions may be subject to additional verification. Deposit processing times vary by channel — GCash and PayMaya deposits typically clear within seconds; bank transfers may take up to one (1) banking day depending on the originating bank's processing schedule.
The Player must only deposit funds from payment accounts and instruments that they own and are legally authorised to use. Deposits made using third-party payment accounts or instruments — including family members' accounts — may be reversed and the Player's account suspended pending investigation.
Note on BDO and Bank Transfers: Bank transfer deposits processed on Philippine public holidays (e.g., Bonifacio Day, Rizal Day, Holy Week) may experience delays of one to two banking days. 85ph is not liable for delays attributable to the Player's bank or e-wallet provider's processing schedule.
Withdrawal requests are processed by 85ph during operational hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 MN Philippine Standard Time, daily). The Player may request withdrawals to the same payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
Processing timeframes for approved withdrawals are as follows:
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Daily withdrawal limits vary by account tier: Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱50,000 per day; Silver tier up to ₱200,000; Gold VIP tier up to ₱500,000 or as otherwise agreed in writing.
85ph reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of any withdrawal where: (a) the Player's KYC verification is incomplete; (b) the withdrawal is subject to unmet bonus wagering requirements; (c) 85ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, or breach of these Terms; or (d) the withdrawal is required to be held pursuant to applicable law or regulatory instruction.
Withdrawals of bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

85ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 85ph reasonably suspects or determines that:
In the event of account termination for breach, 85ph reserves the right to void and forfeit any bonus funds, promotion winnings, and any other funds obtained through the prohibited conduct. Any legitimate deposited real-money balance remaining after such deductions will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.

85ph complies with the Republic Act 10173, otherwise known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, in its collection and processing of all Player personal data. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the 85ph platform shall first be referred to 85ph's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by written notification to [email protected].
85ph will acknowledge all formally submitted disputes within five (5) business days and provide a substantive response within thirty (30) calendar days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, the parties may refer the matter to the applicable Philippine regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
85ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a notice posted on the 85ph platform and, where practicable, via SMS notification to the Player's registered mobile number, at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.
The Player's continued use of the 85ph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes their acceptance of the revised Terms. If the Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the platform and may close their account as described in Section 13.
